Exchange & Return Policy

At Eldora, our customers are our first priority. Please see our easy exchange policy below. Alternatively, our customer care team can facilitate you on each step if you wish to exchange your purchased item(s).

Eligibility

Any product purchased online, can be exchanged within 7 days, once the article has been delivered, given that the customer has proof of purchase.

Please note that product/s purchased on discount or on sale are not eligible for exchange.

Proof of Purchase

This includes the online order confirmation email.

Conditions for Exchange

Products are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is present.

a) If the mistake is on our end:

You will be required to share proof if you have received a product that is defected, in the wrong color, or is incorrect. The products that are delivered in boxes must be returned with their original packaging.

b) If the customer changes their mind:

If the product delivered matches the order but the customer still wants a refund due to a change of mind, a 15% deduction will be applied. This deduction covers logistics and marketing costs. The customer must also return the product to us for the refund to be processed.

Online Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service department by emailing us at info@eldorastore.com or you can call us at 03224687719
  2. Make sure that the package is unused and all the components are complete.
  3. In case of option (a), we will schedule the exchange delivery for you.
  4. In case of option (b), Ship the package back to us using a trustworthy shipping courier. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process after it has been verified. Exchanges require customers to have the original invoice and all the tags intact for the purchased product.

RETURN POLICY

If you need to return an item, please follow our return policy:

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The item(s) must be unused and have all tags intact
  • Please provide proof of your order, such as an order invoice or order confirmation email
  • Returns are accepted only if incorrect or damaged items were delivered

  • We will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up from your doorstep
  • Once we receive and verify the item(s), we will issue a credit voucher of the same value which can be used for online store ONLY.

COD Return Policy 

Cash on Delivery orders are dispatched after confirmation.

Refused or unaccepted parcels may result in COD restriction for future orders.

For selected premium designs, partial advance payment may be required.
